LGC’s financial management system is designed to meet all the accounting requirements of school districts. Software product offerings include general ledger, purchasing, payroll, and fixed assets.

LGC’s powerful electronic document management system provides an efficient method to scan, organize, and store important files and images. The addition of forms manager offers the ability to electronically sign pre-printed checks or print check information on blank check stock.

Backpack takes LGC’s Payroll software to the next level with more HR functionality, including a responsive design for mobile devices. Customize a package that suits your needs with a wide variety of apps including online paycheck stubs, employee on-boarding, time & attendance tracking, and many more.

LGC’s Sub-Tracker is cloud-based software. This software has robust functionality, allowing you to automate both your substitute teacher and leave tracking processes. Simplify the process of securing substitutes. Sub-Tracker integrates with LGC’s payroll software to automatically create leave and pay requests. Pay requests can be approved within LGC’s payroll software or within LGC Sub-Tracker.

Activity Fund Accounting Software (AFAS) is cloud-based software that provides a mobile and tablet friendly interface, district-wide reporting, and allows for a multi-user environment. Simplify your student activity and other internal school accounting functions. AFAS is transaction based for ease of auditing, offers user-defined security, and an audit log of all changes.

LGC partners with PCS Revenue Control Systems to provide school food and nutrition technology services. This includes prepayments on the web, free and reduced application processing, meal accountability, claims reporting, menu nutrition analysis, food purchases, and inventory control.


LGC’s provides custom-built servers, workstations, and cafeteria point-of-sale hardware solutions that include the flexibility to support single or multi-line operation, keypads, touch-screen PCs, and several touch-less options! LGC’s hardware comes with a 1-year on-site warranty, toll-free phone support, and an optional hardware maintenance contract after the warranty expires.

LGC offers hassle-free hosting & support for business email, personalized to your organization, using industry standard security practices for encrypted communications. Email archiving provides up to 5 years of email storage and helps meet open records requests.
