LGC offers cloud-based, business class antivirus software that helps detect, prevent, scan, and delete malware (malicious software) and viruses from a computer. The software runs automatically in the background to provide real-time protection against virus attacks. 

LGC ONE Backup is a cloud-based backup service that combines your local and online backups into a single product. All the details of your backups are available in an easy-to-read interface, including when an individual file was last backed up or checking the status of backups. Once per year, LGC will download a cloud backup of your LGC software to verify that it is valid and send you a letter upon completion.

Fortress is a cybersecurity threat monitoring service that provides real-time visibility of suspicious behavior or unauthorized system changes on your network. Fortress uses an advanced monitoring and detection software that helps identify a broad range of attacks and places you in the position of preventing such activity instead of just reacting to the all too real consequences.

Sentry is a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service that is powered by industry leader, Duo Security. MFA requires you to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to a resource such as an application, online account, or a VPN. Verifying your identity using a second factor (such as your phone or other mobile device) prevents anyone other than you from logging in, even if they know your password.

At LGC, our goal is to provide the longest lasting, most trouble-free equipment possible.  Our servers and workstations are built specifically for our customers by LGC and come with a one-year onsite warranty.  Our systems are composed of high-quality components and have been FCC verified.  LGC is also a member of the Microsoft OEM System Builder Program. 

LGC sells and services some of the most popular printers and scanners on the market today, as well as many other types of computer equipment.   

All the equipment LGC sells includes a one-year onsite warranty.  This warranty includes toll-free phone support, field staff support, and equipment repair or replacement.  Once the warranty expires, our customers have the option of purchasing a hardware maintenance contract.

The portal was designed for the best user experience, regardless of how your customers access the internet – either by smartphone or computer. Customers may pay with a debit or credit card or in some cases with an e-check.

Unfortunately, simply placing information online isn’t enough. Making a good first impression is important. If users must do a lot of zooming, shrinking, and scrolling of their screens during their first visit, they are more likely to give up and leave the website. Responsive web design optimizes the user’s browsing experience. Responsive web design also helps meet the criteria for ADA compliance. Our web team has a set of criteria to evaluate the website after development is complete to bring the site to compliance as best as we can discern from the law.
