We are seeking to hire a bright, friendly and customer focused Software Support Analyst to provide first and second line end user support across multiple software applications. This position requires evaluating end-user needs, troubleshooting, planning and executing solutions to resolve the issues at hand. You will need to have formal post-secondary education and/or experience in accounting and finance. Key duties for this position are gathering information pertaining to the issue and researching the best solutions to the issues. The work environment is fast paced and heavily focused on customer service. Our support team members work remotely from their home offices. You must be able to work independently and be held accountable to your teammates. Impeccable written and oral communication, problem solving and collaborative skills are required.
