It eliminates the need for pre-printed checks, and by using blank check stock the look of checks can be easily changed without purchasing new check stock. With Check It, security is not an issue as a login and password are required to access the module, an audit log is always running in the background keeping track of all check printing activities, a control number is printed on every check, and signatures are encrypted and require a login and password to unlock them.
Sign It is a form signing solution that is designed to electronically sign pre-printed laser forms including accounts payable checks, payroll checks, purchase orders, etc. With Sign It, security is not an issue as signatures are digitized and encrypted and a login and password are required to unlock them. An audit log is also always running in the background keeping track of all form printing activities.
